Looking for your next Port Aransas Vacation Property can be confusing, especially after you have visited lots of different websites as they all do things slightly differently. On this page we try to answer the questions we get asked the most. Hopefully, this will make it a little easier for you.

If you still have questions then head on over to our Contact Us page where we show you the many ways you can get in touch with us. We answer the phones from 10am until 8pm and often answer emails and messages after those hours too.

ONLY properties that are listed as Dog Friendly allow you to bring a Dog, the easiest way to find these is to go to the search availability page, choose your dates, and select DOGS OK. This will show you a list of Dog Friendly Properties.
When you make a booking we require a deposit that is equal to 25% of the total for the stay. So, if the total for your reservation was $1000 we would need a deposit of $250. Your Balance is due when you check in with us.
When you booked and paid your deposit you will receive a confirmation will then be under the terms of our cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your stay with us for whatever reason you may do so up to 14 days before your check-in date. You would get your deposit amount back minus $30. If you cancel within 14 days of the date you are supposed to check in then you do not receive any refund. Also, changes to a reservation are not permitted if you are checking in within the next 14 days. We have different terms if you are one of our many 'Winter Texan' monthly guests.
Self Catering means that we give you a start up supply of some items and after that if you need more then you have to bring them with you or buy more while you are here.
You can only smoke in the outside areas, no smoking of ANY kind is permitted inside the property and smoke must not be allowed to enter through open doors or windows etc. In accordance with our terms and conditions there is a fine for smoking inside.
Yes, every property we manage provides some type of outdoor BBQ Grill for your use. Please refer to the details of each property to find out more details. It may not be the one in the pictures, things rust down here so quickly they get replaced often. Also, We do not provide BBQ fuel or utensils.
You need to go to our office on the day of check in. Please take a look at the LOCATION Page for all the details of how to find us.
Check in time is 4pm but we do start checking people in from 2pm onwards if the property is ready. If its not ready we can give you a call when it is. Check out time is 11am.
Don't panic, give us a call and choose the I'm arriving today after 4pm' option. It will ask you to leave a message. Someone will call you back and give you instructions on how to get your keys. Don't worry if we don't call you back immediately, it just means we are still in the office. Someone WILL contact you before we go home for the day. If you don't hear from us just come on over to the office and we can get you checked in.
When you come to check in we take CASH and all the major credit and debit cards but NOT American Express (AMEX). Checks are ONLY ALLOWED FOR A SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT on arrival day. You can't pay for your balance with a check when you arrive. There is no extra charge for using a credit or debit card when you pay your balance at check in but if you wish to split the payment over more than one card there will be a $5 charge for that.
You can do that. However, if you want to use a credit card over the phone we have to charge an extra 4% to cover the extra amount we get charged by the credit card company for processing a card that is 'not present', if you want to mail in a check in advance to avoid paying the extra 4% then we accept checks up 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Please mail checks to our office and make sure you put your reservation ID on it so we know who's it is.
We know things come up from time to time and you have to cancel your trip. Thats why we have a relaxed cancellation policy compared to many other companies. However, we are running a business and all reasons to cancel are treated equally. That keeps it fair to everyone. Just remember, when you make a reservation with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. If there are any world events happening that may impact your stay with us (such as Hurricanes or alien invasions) we use the front page of our website and facebook to keep everyone up to date.

We know that a Port Aransas Vacation can be expensive and we want to do everything we can to make your stay more affordable. We do this by keeping our rates as low as we can and offering you the best value properties for the price. All of this along with the best service in town.
