If you cancel more than 14 days before check-in, you get back what you have paid minus a $30 cancellation fee.

If you cancel 14 days or fewer before check-in but more than 7 days out, you get back 50% of the stay total.

If you cancel 7 days or fewer before arrival, there is no refund.
